Popular energy drink Red Bull has been pulled off the shelves in Germany after traces of cocaine were found in it. The institute in North-Rhine Westphalia found de-cocainized extract of coca leaf in samples during an elaborate chemical process. Even though the cocaine levels do not pose a health threat they are not permitted in food items.
