DONALD LAUGHS OFF VODKA FOE

April 20, 2009 --
IT'S the war of the vodka czars. Martin Silver, the owner of Georgi Vodka, says Donald Trump, who launched his own brand of Trump Vodka in 2006, is a hypocrite for firing Khloe Kardashian from "Celebrity Apprentice" because she was convicted of DUI. Silver raged to Page Six, "Everyone makes mistakes. If you sell spirits, why would you fire somebody who could have been a customer of Trump Vodka the night she was pulled over?" He even said he'll offer Kardashian a job with his company. But an unruffled Trump told us that Silver's slam "is a great compliment to me. It just shows how well Trump Vodka is doing. In fact, it is setting records. I'm very comfortable with my decision to fire Khloe and find it pathetic that a competitor has to stoop so low."

DONALD TRUMP GETS ATTACKED FOR FIRING KHLOE KARDASHIAN FROM THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE

DONALD TRUMP GETS ATTACKED FOR FIRING KHLOE KARDASHIAN FROM THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE FOR DUI
AS HE SELLS LIQUOR HIMSELF
Khloe Kardashian is Offered New Apprentice Position by New York Business

SYOSSET, NY, APRIL 13, 2009 – Donald Trump fired Khloe Kardashian from the Celebrity Apprentice, which has confused and baffled those in the wine and spirits industry. While Mr. Trump tells Ms. Kardashian she would never have been on Celebrity Apprentice if he knew she had a DUI, last year, Mr. Trump introduced Trump Vodka to the World Wide Market. Businessman Martin Silver, owner of Georgi Vodka , New York ’s largest selling vodka brand, questions Mr. Trump’s decision and feels it is unfair that the pop tart be persecuted by a man who profits from the liquor industry.

According to Mr. Silver, “Why would you terminate the young woman from the popular Apprentice show when you yourself sell vodka? It becomes a double edge sword and hypocrytical on Mr. Trump's part.”

“While we don’t advocate drinking irresponsibly, I feel it is unjust to fire Kardashian on these grounds,” continues Mr. Silver. “Everyone makes mistakes. If you sell spirits, why would you fire somebody who could have been a customer of Trump Vodka the night she was pulled over?”

Georgie Vodka, of which advertisements appear on the back of New York City buses, is willing to offer Ms. Kardashian a position at the company in light of her being fired by another liquor producer.

“We are outraged by the conduct of Mr. Trump's of Ms. Kardashian and would love for her to be one of our own apprentices in the future,” says Silver.
