CLEVELAND'S WORLD FAMOUS DJ FRESH BECOMES THE OFFICIAL DJ OF SLICK WATTS

Two of the biggest names in Ohio hip hop have officially joined forces!

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Wattsy Music Management and the reigning UMA Best Midwest Artist, Slick Watts, are proud to announce that the World Famous DJ Fresh of Cleveland’s Z107.9FM & The League Crew will be Slick’s Official DJ for all concerts, live performances and other promotional opportunities.

DJ Fresh is one of Cleveland’s most experienced, well-respected and well-connected DJ’s. When some of the biggest names in music and sports business come to town, you can bet that DJ Fresh will be on the decks holding it down. From divas like the queen of hip hop and R&B Mary J. Blige to the streets with artists like Snoop Dog, Outkast, Lil Wayne, DJ Fresh has worked with them all. Over the years, he has been at the top of the nightclub scene in Cleveland, holding down a residence at Cleveland’s largest nightclub, the former Metropolis, where he rocked in front of 1,200 plus every Saturday night. Now each Saturday you can catch him Partying Fresh at The Vertigo in Akron! Not only has DJ Fresh made his mark in Ohio, he has done parties in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Detroit, Canada and Europe. As one of the most sought after DJ’s in his city in 2005 DJ Fresh landed a gig on Cleveland’s number on hip hop station Z107.9FM, where you can catch him every Friday night. After being on air in Cleveland for years DJ Fresh has been syndicated on the national Russ Parr Morning Show in ten markets all over the country. After working hard for ten years DJ Fresh continues to be a force in the music industry.

He has been featured as the “Heater of the Day” on one of the top hip hop websites AllHipHop.com twice. He has also been featured on YoRaps.com, HipHopGame.com, RapMullet.com, HipHopDX.com & WorldStarHipHop.com. Slick opened the “Russ Parr Bus Tour” in Cincinnati, Ohio in front of a full Cincinnati Music Hall. Known as the “Grammy’s for the Underground”, Slick was named “Best Midwest Artist at the 7^th Annual Underground Music Awards. The Diamond Duval Awards recognized Slick as a “Breakthrough Artist” nominee in Jacksonville, FL. Also, in January of 2010 Slick co-headlined a concert at the historic Capitol Theatre with Mike Jones.
