Diamond Responds to Critics, and Releases Music from Cocaine Waitress

Diamond responds to critics, and naysayers with the leak of "Shots Fired" from her latest mixtape project Cocaine Waitress. "This record was just a release for me. I was able to say all the things that had been building up inside, and just the space to really breathe," Diamond explains.

"Shots Fired" is released on the heels of slanderous misinformation being presented about a car she received as a gift being repossessed. Although the actual car dealer spoke candidly about the situation being false, (Part 1 http://bit.ly/cy9kIx & Part 2 http://bit.ly/aCAlKR), very few outlets issued a retraction or event posted the update. She also did an exclusive in depth interview with AllHipHop.com about the ordeal http://bit.ly/9NJnVn. "At the end of the day, I've done everything to present the truth to the public. They'll chose to see the truth, or they'll run with what's more entertaining, either way I'm moving forward."

Diamond Dominates This Week with “Lotta Money” Video Premieres

Atlanta, GA. – The wait is finally over as Diamond premieres the video for her hit single "Lotta Money" this week. Fans can catch television premieres of the video on MTV Jams all day Wednesday August 25th and on BET's 106 & Park Friday August 27th. The emcee will conclude her week in Dallas, TX Saturday August 28th at the Texas Summer Music Conference (http://www.texassummermusicconference.com/), celebrating the release with Platinum Recording Artist Dorrough.

Although "Lotta Money" will make its official television World Premiere on Wednesday on MTV Jams (playing once an hour for the entire day), the starlet will personally introduce her video as the New Joint of the Day to fans on 106 & Park on Friday. Her return to Dallas on Saturday to participate in the Texas Summer Music Conference will mark her second performance there in less than a week in her second home in Texas.

Since leaking onto the Internet in July, "Lotta Money" has been a fan favorite . The Battery/Jive artist spits gritty lyrics over the up-tempo high-energy beat, produced by Recka on da Beat, to the delight of her fans. The video was shot in Atlanta by veteran director John "Dr. Teeth" Tucker, and features cameos from Gucci Mane, Yung Joc, and the highly talked about reunion of she and former group member Princess.
