Rihanna isn't stingy with her cash when it comes to a big night out. While partying at Miami's King of Diamonds gentleman's club on Saturday night, the 25-year-old pop star dropped some $8,000 on several dancers, TMZ reports. A source for the club told the gossip site that the "Diamonds" singer paid particular attention to Remy Redd, one of the most popular dancers in Miami. TMZ even posted a video showing the Bajan beauty dropping cash onto a gyrating stripper. Apparently Rihanna stopped by to see how her music inspired the ladies, and ended up enjoying herself enough to stay at the club for two and a half hours. An insider also claimed to the site that Katy Perry joined her songstress friend at the venue during the night, but a rep for Perry tells the Daily News that the "Fireworks" singer was actually in Los Angeles at the time. Nor was Rihanna shy about her racy activities. Rihanna is no stranger to the strip club scene. 'Best stress relief = $tripper$' she tweeted last year. "Last night one of my fantasies came to life! I got to see K.O.D. strippers dance for me to the stripper song I made!" she tweeted. The singer also snapped photo evidence of her fun night, posting a shot of herself sitting amongst a cascade of dollar bills. "Wild for the night, phuck being polite!" she captioned the Instagram shot. Rihanna continued her spending spree on Monday night, stepping out after performing at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta to visit another strip club. Jay-Z's Blueprint Moved Up To Tuesday Release The release date for Jay-Z's highly anticip- ated album The Blueprint 3 has been shuffled due to bootlegging and leaks on the Internet. The new album will now be released this Tuesday (September 8) as opposed to the original date of Friday, September 11. Over the past two week, songs from The Blueprint 3 - mainly those produced by Timbaland - landed on net. More recently, the entire album was leaked, prompting Jay-Z to address the issue in an interview. "I may be the most bootlegged artist in history," Jay-Z told MTV News during a press conference. "It’s a preview. I’m e xcited for people to hear the album. I’m very proud of the work I’ve done, so enjoy it." Jay-Z's benefit concert supporting the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund will continue as planned on September 11. U2 lead singer Bono, well known for his ONE campaign against poverty, has turned his focus to a charity case closer to home: the ailing music industry.The rocker is credited with bringing together Universal Music Group, the world's biggest music company, and YouTube, Google Inc.'s online video site, for talks that on Thursday resulted in a partnership to launch a music video service featuring professionally produced content from the label's big-name acts. YouTube will create a dedicated channel on its site, to be called Vevo, where users can watch music videos from Taylor Swift, Kanye West, Weezer and other Universal artists. Later this year, Universal and YouTube will debut a separate online music video site, Vevo.com, where viewers can watch music videos from Universal's library. YouTube will provide the underlying technology, Universal will furnish the content, and the partners will split the advertising revenue.
